<< That crybaby sonofa.... no talent motherf.... I don't know if that song has stood the test of time....actually, yeah it has!...but the rest of this is simply great, even the sultry Tijuana Brass at the end.
Throwing in Samantha Fox though....sorry...that was a mistake... I guess I must have been very proud of that record store find?>>>

Nothing says "1991" like this video... no Shamen admitting it!

And this is "tasty"...

<< I remember playing the hell out of this tape back in the day.  Don't think a better set of songs I can come up with that represented this time for me, and is a perfect blend of shoegaze into postpunk.  "Gone" was of course covered by Martin L. Gore on his Counterfeit EP.   Was lucky to see many of these bands live, but missed out on CURVE (though my friends caught them), nor have I seen DEAD CAN DANCE or THE CS ANGELS (as they were known for or a while) or THE DURUTTI COLUMN >>

This bends around... it's never enough to swallow those pills I am sick and I always will be...

Brendan Perry "Spirit" (wonderful interpretation)

What a visual treat this was, though Miki and Emma hated this because it looked like a makeup ad!
